Problème
Notamment via VirtualBox, installer une version Windows 7 puis faire la mise à jour en Windows 10 donne bien une licence activée, mais il suffit de changer un peu le matériel pour que l’activation saute.
Solution
Changer la clé, et trouver un moyen d’en obtenir l’activation.
Installation d’une nouvelle clé de licence via cmd.exe lancé comme administrateur :
slmgr /ipk yourlicensekey
L’URL http://MSGuides.com semble faciliter pas mal problème de licence Microsoft, reste à voir si c’est sans malware.

A ce stade, on ne sait toujours pas si cette URL télécharge un malware, mais ça marche et ce n’est pas encore référencé (juillet 2024) sous virustotal.com !

Et enfin lancer l’activation :
slmgr /ato
Précaution
Avant toute manipulation sur les clés Windows et encore plus sur le renseignement de ce serveur d’activation, sauvegarder l’ensemble de l’arborescence de la base de registre :
